Heart of the city centre - 2 Bed Apartment (F2)

Good location, apartment ok, but the apartment building brought the place down Positive: Location was good to access Manchester sights and amenities. I liked the fact that every room had heaters that could be independently controlled. Negative: The outside of the building was heavily scaffolded and this impeded the views from the windows. There were lots of construction noises, although at least they didn't start too early. The internal stairwell was also in need of work and the banister had protruding screw heads that threatened to cause injury. The furniture was functional at best, no frills or comfort factor. For the price, I could have booked a much smarter apartment in the Northern Quarter.

We had a great stay in this central and well equipped. apartment. Plenty of room for 4 people. flat. Positive: It’s a perfect central location. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Negative: Curtains in the bedroom need hemming and a bigger dining table would be nice.

Positive: posizione, distribuzione degli spazi. Negative: Molto umida, aria malsana sin dalle scale e nell'appartamento mi ha provocato un attacco di asma. Infissi non chiudono bene. Strada molto rumorosa. Bagno molto molto piccolo, molto umido e assai pericoloso uscire dalla doccia.... è assai facile scivolare.

Underwhelming Positive: Location Negative: Dirty, broken heaters, no extractor fan in bathroom worked

It was fine but I will look for something else next time. Positive: The location was very central and all the furniture seemed new. Negative: The toilet was dirty, there was a smell of pee in the hall, and the building itself was very cold. There are heaters to combat this!
