Heart of the city centre - 2 Bed Apartment (F4)

Positive: Brilliant stay at this apartment. Location is superb for exploring the city as everything is close at hand. The host who is very helpful always replies quickly.

Horrible. Uncomfortable and frankly hygiene was not taken care of at all. Positive: The property is at market street which is probably the best thing about it. Negative: The property was unclean, furnished with old mattress and inefficient responses from the host about hygiene concerns and health & safety issues. The host was unresponsive and rude and did not take responsibility of any issues communicated and ghosted us when we wanted to discuss possible refunds for the nights we did not stay. There were RATS in the flat. We received no support from the host in this as we had to leave the flat and find alternative accommodation which cost more while we paid for the flat. On top of that the host wouldn’t communicate with us about any compensation or our complaints. The pillow covers were covered in dust, marks and what seemed to be food remains.

Très bruyant et pas confortable Positive: L'emplacement est top Café/thé et savon pour la douche Facile d'accès Negative: Désolé pour ce commentaire mais vraiment ça n'allait pas La literie pas confortable du tout, on sent trop les ressorts dans la 1ère chambre c'est vraiment pas reposant. Et pour 4 personnes c'est pas hyper adéquat au niveau du mobilier choisi, qui est vraiment de basse qualité qui plus est. Et l'insonorisation est vraiment catastrophique. Prenez des boules quies car la rue est très bruyante. On dirait que les fenêtres sont ouvertes tellement on entend la rue. Bizarrement je n'ai pas vu de commentaires en ce sens sinon je n'aurai pas réservé. De plus le ménage etait pas terrible, plein de poussière sous le lit.
