Heart of the city centre - 2 Bed Apartment (F4)

Would not recommend. Positive: I liked where they were situated Negative: Where do I start! The front door on the street didn't feel secure. The stair carpets are frayed and is an accident waiting to happen. Beds so uncomfortable. 3 to 4cm gaps in some of the windows. Construction work going on below us with drilling and hammering from 8am.

Positive: Brilliant stay at this apartment. Location is superb for exploring the city as everything is close at hand. The host who is very helpful always replies quickly.

Horrible. Uncomfortable and frankly hygiene was not taken care of at all. Positive: The property is at market street which is probably the best thing about it. Negative: The property was unclean, furnished with old mattress and inefficient responses from the host about hygiene concerns and health & safety issues. The host was unresponsive and rude and did not take responsibility of any issues communicated and ghosted us when we wanted to discuss possible refunds for the nights we did not stay. There were RATS in the flat. We received no support from the host in this as we had to leave the flat and find alternative accommodation which cost more while we paid for the flat. On top of that the host wouldn’t communicate with us about any compensation or our complaints. The pillow covers were covered in dust, marks and what seemed to be food remains.
